How do I place an order?
Depending on availability and shipping restrictions, purchases may be made either directly through aidadalati.com or through the Menlo Park Showroom and speak directly with the designer.

Voicemails and emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days. 

Items purchased are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Preorders and Backorders (except personalized or made-to-order) that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting 650-464-0693 or via email at aidadalati@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. Made-to-Order/Custom items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Once a Made-to-Order/Custom order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I know my jacket size?
It is important to know that our topper Jackets and specialty coats are cut with more ease under the arm for day-long flexibility.
