Aida Dalati collection of Syrian heritage dress and traditional costumes gathered over four decades paired with YouTube description videos to better understand the mythology and symbolism for each region in Syria. The page also features new handmade and embroidered traditional Syrian folklore costumes and dresses illustrated and designed by Aida Dalati and made by The Laura Raqaa Sew Initiative a not for profit project founded by Aida Dalati in 2021. The sew initiative in war torn Raqaa, was created to push Syrian folklore and dress forward into the future and educate future generations about the rich history of Syrian costume.
